Attorney Letters and Emails – The Expert in Probate Real Estate
In order to show the attorney that I am the expert in probate real estate, I send the following correspondences to the attorney when I am following the Action Plans. My first goal is to get my name in front of the attorney. Then when I have the probate listing I send very specific emails to keep the attorney informed of the progress of the transaction.

These are the letters, emails and call scripts I use with probate attorneys while I’m following the Attorney Action Plan. I am introducing myself to probate attorneys because I want to let them know that I am the expert in probate real estate and that I will do the best job helping their probate client sell the probate real estate.
“Attorney During Listing Action Plan” Emails – Keep the Attorney Informed of Progress
Once I have the exclusive probate listing, I use these correspondences while I’m following the Attorney During Listing Action Plan. It is very important that I keep the attorney informed of the progress throughout the entire transaction. I do this to make sure the attorney sees how well my team and I are doing, to show I am the expert in probate real estate, and to build confidence with the attorney so we continue to get the probate property referrals.
“Countdown to Closing Action Plan” Emails
I send an email to the attorney while I’m following the Countdown to Closing Action Plan letting them know we are close to the finish line.
